Return Policy for Hats and Polos

Eligibility:

Hats and polos are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@mullygolfapparel.com to notify us of your return request.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if applicable.

Please include the RA number on the return package for smooth processing.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

If eligible for an exchange, we will promptly ship out the requested item(s) or provide store credit, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized items, including those with monograms or embroidery, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
